I am a Product Designer | Design Strategist

Hello! I'm a Product (UX) Designer & Design Strategist with 5+ years of experience developing strategies that help businesses increase revenue by exceeding customer expectations.

I use data to inspire innovative solutions and Validated User Research to guide design strategy. I start by researching as much information as possible about the problem, user needs, and the competitive landscape.

Activities:
-Conduct User Research to understand user needs and pain points

-Create Personas to promote alignment among stakeholders on user characteristics and behaviors.

-Conduct Heuristic reviews or User testing of an existing product.

-Analyze data about the competition

I translate research findings  into a coherent Product strategy and use an experience canvas to promote alignment among teams.


Activities:
-Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

-Articulate Product Vision and Product Goals.

-Define the Target audience.

-Define Features and Functionality.

-Develop Marketing and sales strategy

-Define success/failure metrics

At this phase, I build the solution so that we can learn how well it meets the customer's needs.



Activities:
-Build Wireframes to communicate layout and functionality.

-Build Interactive prototypes to test usability and functionality.

-Perform product testing to measure how well it meets customer needs and expectations.

EVALUATE

I test solutions to measure how well they help users achieve their goals. Then I review the findings and identify areas of improvement in usability and functionality.

Activities:
-Perform Usability testing to measure how well the solution helps the user achieve their goals and identify usability problems.

-Collect and analyze data about how users interact with the solution.

-Conduct User Interviews to learn about the customers' experience and whether the solution met needs and matched expectations.

-Perform A/B Testing to learn which solution performed better.
